What would the Fan Zone be without a few threads? So I shall begin with a few favorites of my own.
I love cryptozoology but most of the "monster" hunting type shows are boring.
Destination Truth on the other hand is more fun to watch just for how goofy the crew is at times. They really live up to the cliche that "Getting there is half the fun" Sure they rarely find anything substantial but the journey is the best part.. and there are those rare occasions when the team truly DOES find substantial evidence.
So here's a thread for discussing DT in general.

Where do they get their budget anyways? Or is one of the 'investigators' a regular moneybags in a mid-life crisis?

Well I know the lion's share comes from SyFy but I know a couple of the folks who tag along have been producers.

Yeah but it's alot more fun to watch than Monster Quest or some of the other boring ass crap..
I saw Monster quest on a day or two ago and was annoyed. "Ooh Look here's a watering hole that would be perfect for the Yeren. Now let's toss all sorts of fruits and banana peels around the watering hole to attract the Yeren.."
All I could do is deadpan.. "Oh Yes you retards.. A damned Yeren is gonan head for his favorite watering hole and smell that stuff and go "Ooo yum.. free food." NOT He's gonna say.. "Saaay.. my watering holes smells NOT NORMAL. I think I'll go elsewhere to get water.."
*Facepalms* It's a damned watering hole.. you don't need to "Bait" a watering hole.. I swear the guys who claim to be "Experts" on Monster quest are retarded..

Most people are retarded in some fashion. Oo It's why other people need progressively bigger sticks to get their attention.
